OTA Golf Tournament Raising Money for Lobbying Trucking Interests
“The fact that we spent most of the day in the rough shows our clients they never have to rough it on their compliance.”
What is the Oregon Truck PAC fund?
The Oregon Truck PAC fund ensures that the issues important to trucking companies operating in Oregon are actively represented in the state and beyond.
The support OTA members and others provide through ongoing contributions to the Truck PAC fund helps educate representatives, promote policies beneficial to the industry and, whenever possible, influence the outcome of legislation, regulations and rules.
The OTA Golf Tournament was a Success!
Glostone also participated in the golf tournament this year with a team. However, the tournament once again proved that we work too hard to ever get good at golf since we came in dead last!
Ryan Walsh, Glostone’s Business Development Manager took the last place ranking lightly, “It may take four of us to land a double-bogie but our compliance expertise is never subpar! The fact that we spent most of the day in the rough shows our clients they never have to rough it on their compliance.”
Our team had a blast and was glad to be involved in supporting the OTA and the Oregon Truck PAC. At least the team left with the last place prize, vodka and a lemon!
