Motor Carrier Authority (MC) is issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Your MC Authority allows you to operate as a “for-hire” carrier engaged in interstate operations. We can have your MC number issued within MINUTES but the FMCSA will keep your authority pending until after the required process period and protest period have passed, as well as the mandatory Process Agents and Insurance filings have been submitted. Once submitted, the Process Agents and Insurance will need to be on file for a minimum of 4 days, allowing your authority to be granted in 21 days.
